Room decoration was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable, feeling more like two singles than a king.

There were significant issues during my stay, like a malfunctioning shower that took four days to fix, leading to cold showers. The communal fridge was a health hazard, packed with moldy food that made using the kitchen facilities unappetizing. the bed provided was misrepresented, with two single mattresses pushed together, leaving little support for a comfortable night's sleep. The absence of staff meant that many inconveniences lingered longer than necessary, and navigating the confusing keycode system was an added frustration.

The location is very central and really convenient for exploring Cambridge. The size of the Standard King Room was comfortable, giving me enough space to relax. I appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival, which set a positive tone for my stay. I faced some significant issues during my time here. The heating system went out of control, making the room uncomfortably warm, especially in July. The lack of staff on site made it difficult to resolve issues quickly, and it took hours for maintenance to address the heating problem. The keycode system for building entry was confusing, and I wasted time figuring it out without any on-site assistance. A clearer explanation of the door codes would be really helpful. I enjoyed the stay but found these inconveniences frustrating.
